Sorry, but disappointed. Delivered one hour and 20 minutes after ordering and food almost cold on arrival. Food itself, lovely but felt that it had been standing ready for despatch for far too long. Asked the delivery man if it was a busy night and was told no. We didn’t expect such a poor service, particularly on a Tuesday evening. We have had so much better in the past. We don’t order on Fridays or Saturdays as we would expect the restaurant to be busy on those days. Not so much on a weekday Tuesday. :-(

The food was really tasty and delicious. The young lady who drop off the order was very patient and pleasant. Thank you for a great service. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends, will definitely be going back as also good value for money.

I've refused to use Dil, Raja for a long time due to the fact they miss items of the order then don't refund the order, this time my wife insists we order from them, guess what yes!!! Again items are missing, I've asked them to refund my card. I rang them. They were not interested, we have had the same situation at the restaurant but of course we are there so sorted. The food is great but the takeaway service is appalling. I'll be taking the issue further through trading standards as this has happened 4/5 times, there attitude is, we have your money now do one. I can see why they family split and opened their own place

Our first time ordering takeaway from here after visiting the restaurant which we enjoyed. After waiting more than 90 minutes we rang and were told it was out for delivery. 25 minutes later it still hadn't arrived, so we called again and was told a few more minutes and the driver would be here as he had been out delivering since our first call. Again, another 25 minutes had passed before our food arrived, 2hr and 20 minutes after ordering, and it was cold! The driver was apologetic and said he had only collected the order 15 minutes before delivering...either way, the food was mediocre at best, even without the huge wait and the temperature of it! We will not be ordering again, very disappointed.
